On Tuesday October 16th the FITNESS ROCKSTARS will be in the New Cumberland River Rescue’s 52nd Annual Halloween Parade! This is a kid-friendly event and totally FREE! We will gather at Elite for a “pre-parade party” (I’ll bring the Zombie makeup!) then ride our float to the starting point at 16th and Bridge St by 7 pm. The parade begins a slow procession starting at 7:30 down Bridge St ending by 9:30 near 3rd St (just beyond Elite Fitness & Martial Arts).
We can take turns riding and walking, but don’t worry because the parade route is only one mile. I’ll have my speaker so we can alternate between Zumba and Pound demos. I’ll also have handouts for you to give out to the crowd. It should be fun!!
Can’t be there that early? NO problem! Just meet us any time on the parade route. Can’t stay late? Ride with us as long as you can, then head home!
